Umm, not really. Nothing that I can think of off the top of my head. Perhaps Nekomori-kun no Himitsu no Tobira (read online here) for the snuggly warm cute heart aching shoujo part, but not that in addition to cryable material. I’ll get back to you if I can think of anything.
Edit: I LIE. You can read Tomodachi no Hanashi by Yamakawa Aiji. The first story of Sayonara Watashitachi by Ayuko. Aruko’s stuff scanlated by ETC. Hotarubi no Mori e by Midorikawa Yuki (Natsume Yuujinchou). Maybe Umineko no Soup by Takahashi Mako. Taamo’s works might fit the bill as well. Ashihara Hinako. And anything by Amano Shinobu (Wasureyuki), particularly Natsu Okuri Kimi Okuri (that one that fits your requirements perfectly, it makes the rivers flow.)
